Welcome to Wisewin (“Wisewin”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”). By using Wisewin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to play.

  • Residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana are not eligible to participate in contests due to state laws.

2. Nature of the Game

  • Wisewin is a skill-based quiz platform where outcomes depend on your knowledge, accuracy, and speed.

  • It is not gambling, betting, or a game of chance.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to participate.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • Multiple accounts or impersonation will result in a ban.

4. Gameplay Rules

  • Each correct answer: +5 points.

  • Each incorrect answer: –2 points.

  • Lifelines (50-50, Skip, Audience Poll, Reset Timer) can be used once per level, costing 4 coins each.

  • Coins can be earned through gameplay or purchased.

5. Leaderboards & Rewards

  • Rankings are based on points, accuracy, and speed.

  • Rewards may include coins, vouchers, or other prizes as specified.

  • Rewards are subject to verification before distribution.

6. Fair Play Policy

  • Using cheats, bots, or any unfair methods will lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

  • We reserve the right to withhold rewards in case of suspicious activity.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments for coins or entry fees are handled by secure third-party processors.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Data Privacy

Your personal information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or losses arising from the use of our platform.

  • All gameplay is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Wisewin means you accept the updated Terms.

Participation is strictly prohibited in the following states: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.

Users are responsible for playing fairly and responsibly. Any misuse, cheating, or fraudulent activity will lead to account suspension or a permanent ban. Wisewin reserves the right to modify rules or features at any time without notice. Apple, Google, or any other third parties are not involved in contest operations.
