Cancelation and refund
At Wisewin, we strive to provide a smooth and fair gaming experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our platform.
1. Game Entry Fees & Coin Purchases
All quiz entry fees and coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Once a quiz is joined or coins are purchased, they cannot be canceled or reversed.
2. Contest Cancellations by Wisewin
If a quiz or contest is canceled by Wisewin due to technical issues, system errors, or operational reasons:
Entry fees (coins) will be refunded to your Wisewin account wallet within 24–48 hours.
No cash refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated.
3. Technical Issues During Gameplay
If you face internet issues, device problems, or app crashes on your end, Wisewin is not responsible for losses, and no refunds will be issued.
If a disruption occurs due to Wisewin’s system failure, we will review and may issue a coin refund to your account wallet.
4. Fraud or Policy Violations
Refunds will not be given if you are found violating our Terms & Conditions or Fair Play Policy.
Accounts engaging in fraudulent activities may be suspended without any refund.
5. Processing of Refunds
All eligible refunds are made in Wisewin coins credited to your wallet.
Refund requests for special cases must be sent to support@wisewin.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
Wisewin reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
