  • The wallet balance must consist of real winnings (bonus coins and promotional rewards are non-withdrawable).

  • KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

2. Processing Time

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of submission.

  • Delays may occur in case of banking holidays, technical issues, or verification delays.

3. Withdrawal Methods

  • Payouts will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method supported by Wisewin.

  • Users must provide accurate account details; Wisewin is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information.

4. Charges & Limits

  • Wisewin may charge a nominal processing fee for withdrawals, which will be displayed before confirming your request.

  • Withdrawal limits (daily/monthly) may apply depending on your account status and KYC level.

5. Fraud & Policy Violations

  • Withdrawals will not be processed if your account is under investigation for fraudulent activities, multiple accounts, or policy violations.

  • Any suspicious withdrawals may be held until further verification.

6. Other Conditions

  • All withdrawals are subject to applicable taxes and government regulations.
