1. Eligibility for Withdrawal
Users must have a minimum redeemable balance of ₹10 in their Wisewin wallet.
The wallet balance must consist of real winnings (bonus coins and promotional rewards are non-withdrawable).
KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.
2. Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 working days from the date of submission.
Delays may occur in case of banking holidays, technical issues, or verification delays.
3. Withdrawal Methods
Payouts will be made via UPI, bank transfer, or any other payment method supported by Wisewin.
Users must provide accurate account details; Wisewin is not responsible for failed transactions due to incorrect information.
4. Charges & Limits
Wisewin may charge a nominal processing fee for withdrawals, which will be displayed before confirming your request.
Withdrawal limits (daily/monthly) may apply depending on your account status and KYC level.
5. Fraud & Policy Violations
Withdrawals will not be processed if your account is under investigation for fraudulent activities, multiple accounts, or policy violations.
Any suspicious withdrawals may be held until further verification.
6. Other Conditions
All withdrawals are subject to applicable taxes and government regulations.
